📡 MEDIA BUSINESS CENTER MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT
United American Tribal Embassy International (UATEI)
Contract Title: Media Business Center Membership Agreement
Monthly Contribution: $375.00 USD
1. Purpose
This contract establishes the terms under which the Member shall access and utilize the facilities, benefits, and programs of the UATEI Media Business Center.
2. Membership Benefits
- Access to Urban Star Media Studios (Video, Audio, Podcast)
- Feature on UATEI Global Indigenous Media Network
- Priority listing in the Embassy’s media directory
- 6 free hours/month podcast room usage
- Discounted studio hours after allotted time
- One custom commercial production per quarter
- Invitations to quarterly media mixers
- Promotional support via Urban Star Media
- Optional vendor booth in weekly marketplace
- Optional internet radio show slot via Urban Star Radio
3. Payment Terms
Member agrees to pay a non-refundable monthly contribution of $375. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Failure to pay within 15 days of due date may result in suspension of services.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement is valid for an initial term of one (1) month and automatically renews monthly unless canceled with a written 30-day notice by either party. UATEI reserves the right to terminate membership for non-compliance or misconduct.
5. Liability
The Member assumes all responsibility for their conduct and media content. UATEI is not liable for intellectual property disputes or third-party claims arising from member content or usage.
6. Agreement Acceptance
